GM8AVM's Video Training Night
(19 April)

With an impressive array of cameras, tripods and accessories on display, Ian GM8AVM gave us some very useful insights into video techniques and how to make better videos.
Key points included why to use a tripod ("Because movie cameras shouldn't move!") and of course  what that clapperboard is for.
The session ended by recording some interviews which will appear later on a club video.

Jim Hopkins, GM4LPT
Silent Key

With great regret we must inform you that Jim Hopkins GM4LPT passed away on Monday 2nd April at the age of 83.

Jim was our Oldest, Honorary and Founder Member, and always a great supporter of the club. The family would like to thank the many club members who came to the funeral.
